Claudia managed design and construction projects for over 15 years in the area of oil pipelines. As Project Manager she oversaw project kickoffs, approved design basis memoranda (DBM), directed 30-60-90 percent design reviews, contributed to process hazard assessments (PHA), monitored project execution plans (PEP) and ran lessons learned sessions. As Supervisor of project programs and portfolios, she coordinated a team of project managers, analysts and a hundred stakeholders.
